• Provided crawfish boil, decorations, sanitary needs, security, and audio-visual
• Designed and printed all collateral including invitations, posters, tickets, backstage passes and banners
• Direct marketing and general promotions including radio and print
• Managed entertainment which included researching, booking, contract negotiations, transportation arrangements, food and boarding for the rock band Rare Earth as well as the opening act, The Line Up
